Thanks Les, I look forward to your updates! Looks like Desoto and Sabine Parishes are holding steady for now. There is still a lot of Sabine Parish court house activity. A couple of nights ago I drove by the new well at Noble, LA ( on Hwy 171) just north of Zwolle, LA - the rig was all lit up and beautiful! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! (as well as all of the HS members - good food and Go Saints Go!!!!!
I hope no one was injured while all the rigs pulled out of Red River Parish!

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
