Can someone tell me where this well is and anything about it? It appears to be, from what I know, in the central to southern part of the parish. It was just permitted this month. But, at 10000', is it in the Haynesville Shale?

So they will continue testing of the well to see what levels will produce and at what rate?
Yes, that is my understanding.
They evidently already know they have production above the 6100 ft and suspect they do in the other zones; otherwise they would have just cemented the 5.5 in pipe.
Will they bring a rig back in to do this or cap it and leave for sometime in the future?
After they do the production testing, they will probably put a pulling unit on it.
They seem to have returned the property to its original condition just as they promised the land owner, which was part of the deal. I wonder what will happen now.
They're back
Okay Toledobend, tell us more...what are they doing???
I'm not sure what they are doing yet. There are loads of equipment and tanker type trucks (MUD?) and other stuff being dropped off. Can't tell if they are putting up another rig. They have laid about a half mile of pipe to suck water out of Yocum creek under Lakeside Loop.
Sounds like they are getting ready to frac it - Filling tanks with water. Maybe completion is on the horizon!!
Toledobend, anything new happening? Do they have the square water tanks on trailers on location; have they brought in a pulling unit yet?
They have disassembled most of the pipe to the creek. There is a gas flare burning. But, most of the activity is on the right side of the clearing and not visible from the road. Next time I go by there I'll try to see more. One thing though, I really don't know what to look for.
