cindy lou--- I assume you talking about the Marshall Anderson Well #1 that has about 129 acres of the Thomas Mhoon A-509 included in the well unit on the plat.EOG is operator not Ellora ( Ellora was purchased by Exxon late last year) You need to contact EOG royalty department to ask when you should receive Divsion Orders ( You need documentation info to ID your mineral lease) and find out what the hold up is. If they are having problem with cure of your title see what they need and you may be able to help them. If your mineral are clear they can sent you DO now without waiting to cure complete unit's title.  If you still have the contact number and name of landsman that you leased with call them for assistant. If your lease is with Ellora then Exxon may have JV with EOG and they will pay the royalty but whoever EOG royalty department should be able to tell you Who.

Ellora is XTO and their headquarters is in Fort Worth..  Shelby Landman is Ron Touchon.

Cindy... I assume you are referring to the Marshall Anderson well?

I received Division Orders this past Saturday (6/18), but my sister did not get hers. Strange thing is, her mail comes to my box...so I would think that hers, as well as yours, will arrive shortly.

Cindy-- if you do not receive the DO --your Aunt's DO will have all the contact info you need to contact them. Who sent them EOG or some one else?

anybody know what the TX RRC identifier # for this well is?     one can look up well logs if they have that number but i can't find it.

Marshall Anderson #1H is 694334 (permit) or API #419-31578.  I don't have a lease ID # and RRC is down for maint. at the moment.

Why would mine and my sisters name not be on the P-12 ??

EOG did not have our address is why we haven't gotten our DO but we have taken care of that, just currious about the P-12

Ciny Lou--- the names on P-12 usually several tract listed -- the individual tracts list as person who had largest % surface acres in tract in past years. They simply do not list break down of title run though all the heirs in that tract of mineral owners. Check your lease for the legal decription of your tract that may be how it's listed in P-12

B. Taylor---- it may be several years before logs of wells are available with RRC public record. Operator not required to make available for years and then may not be at all required.
