Thanks

Anyone know when EXCO usually mails division orders in relation to IP date ?
Thanks

etx44,

that is hard to pin down but the rule is 120 days from the end of the first month of production.  But it also says they can go over that time (and pay a little interest) if there are title issues to be resolved.  Maybe someone will come along who has had experience with them but every unit is different so it just depends on how tangled up the title is.

correction!!! this is on red river 442 1H...

Maybe someone will come along who has had experience with EXCO.

For such an active company there has been little input from land owners.

Thanks

Considering the aggressive nature and large extent of EXCO's Haynesville development, it would be a huge surprise if they were not behind on title reviews, Division Orders and initial royalty payments.
hi, i am receiving royalties off 5 wells, & just received division orders on 1h but it was for red river..sorry for the confusion. this particular division order i received a few days ago is for a well that  had been paying off 2 of the 4 holes since 1yr.& half ago... they are just now starting to pay on 1h. out of the 4 drilled side by side... doesn't make a lot of since why they wait so long . my property is up passed the ironosa site about 3miles... i thought some were referring to red river 1h but i realized you were talking about 1h on ironosa.... i  am also waiting to hear on the mcfaddin & owens which was drilled just up the hill from the ironosa site about 2-3 yrs. ago.. i have land on the mary ward but have not heard anything... i talk to a broker from exco quite often & he sort of keeps me updated on what he knows.  have a blessed day!!!!!!!!!

The good news is that Exco is doing something with the Haynesville assets

in San Augustine.   The previous energy company that had the Haynesville

development, did nothing with it for four years until they sold it to Exco.

Now under Exco, several wells have been drilled and are just now producing

in Western San Augustine.   Hopefully, the division orders and royalty payments

will not run too far behind.....I'm sure we will find out in the near future.

I would be very interested to know if Exco has put mineral owners in the Owens 1-H Unit in pay yet.  It has been producing for about a year now.  It is in the John Patterson, A-218 and Simpson Holloway, A-149 Surveys.
