We have interest is in township 15 sections 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 range 11.

You got it.  We are getting paid much less for our Haynesville gas than we are getting for Cv gas under the same lease.  I really need some help with Haynesville pricing in the same area from a different operator for comparison.

Class action lawsuit????

Not likely.  The difficulty is getting a court to certify the class.  Too many differences in the lease agreements and the specific circumstances of the lessor relationship with a lessee or operator.  Litigation regarding royalty deductions when it comes will come from large land owners that do not get satisfaction from demands to their operators.  I expect one or more may be filed by the end of the year.
