I have heard that it is Anadarko leasing land in North Caddo Parish.

Tacoma Energy has filed 7 leases with the Caddo Clerk covering minerals in 20N - 15W and 19N - 15W.

No, the recorded instruments are Memorandums of Lease containing only the barest of details.  The number of leases filed is modest and does not represent a wide spread effort.  I suspect there are one or more additional land companies making offers in the same general area.

I have received an offer last week from Tacoma on 90 acres in Section 24, R15W, T19N for $500 per acre and 22 1/2%.
