Leasing in Lincoln Parish

Heard leasing activity in Township 18N, R5W offering $150-$250 acre. Is this the going rate?

seems this is low considering all the sisemagraphing thats been one in lincoln parish it seems to me they could offer at least 300. an acre &20 to 25% mineral int. hopefully they'll offer a better package the more people keep up with whats going on we'll receive a better offer.

Yes, a ex-coworker said his kinfolk had a offer up there in Lincoln Parish, but they weren't happy with it. Maybe I'll run into him again soon and see what they leased for.
