Sadly, most people's votes don't matter in this presidential election. Only if you live in a battleground state will your vote matter. I happen to live in one, and it is awful. I no longer answer my front door, because of the door-to-door canvasing. I cannot look at TV without seeing negative, nasty, misinformative (if that's a word) advertising by both candidates. Those guys come into my area at least weekly to hold rallies, and tie up traffic. What a mess! There has to be a better way....

I say BULLS@#T! If the rest of us didn't vote the way we do these "battleground states" would not matter. They only account for about 95 electoral votes. The last time I looked it takes 270 electoral votes to win.
Henry--- of interest IYO does these Negative misinformation Ads get people to vote Obama or more likely turn them away against and lean to Rommey? Vernon---I agree We all need to vote for can not take anything for sure!!!

The ads all have this depressing music in the background, ugly pictures of the opposition, and make claims that push the far envelope of what is truthful. I made up my mind long ago in this election, but the ads that my candidate puts out are equally as bad as those from the other guy.
Henry-- that's sad --I am happy to be in Texas-- I see occasion Ad maybe one or so a day and avg 2-3 Robot calls a week only -- I feel for you and know you looking forward to Nov 6th when all these S*%#T stops!!! You would thing they could just run on their record, but with nothing to show they have to go attack the oppostion

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
