Received Haynesville and Cotton Valley NORTH BOSSIER force pool letter Dec 11.

What does this letter mean? It includes T19N R13W Sections 7,8,9,18,17,6,19,20,21. Please see attached. I posted this discussion in North Bossier Group as well.

They are forming Haynsville production units as shown on the plat (page 4). Much of this area is already lease with existing production, the second page is showing existing cotton valley units with the producing wells on page 5.
The plat on page 5 is also adding two new cotton valley units. this is where the new cypress bend sub. is (section 20).
I was in cypress bend a couple of weeks ago, I saw a rig drilling just north of the subdivision, The plat shows this well as a horizontal. I will watch this well, it will be interesting to see how productive the HA is this far north.

A side note, the wells drilled already in this area into the cotton valley have been pretty good. You may remember about a year or so ago the rig that was right behind Magnolia chase generated some press as to the noise and such. May be a precursor of what is to come when they start drilling more closer to town. Of course the folks in magnolia Chase, like most new subdivisions don't own their minerals. Maybe thats why they were less than happy about the drilling.
