Just received an un-solicited offer from Cascade to purchase mineral rights I hold in Union county AR. Was just wondering if anyone else has received correspondence from them, or if it is a scam.

I would NEVER sell my minerals unless I were absolutely desperate. I suppose companies such as this fill a need, but so do pawnbrokers, and I would never deal with them either.

I also received same solicitation from Cascade for mineral rights is Union County, Ark.
