HARRISON COUNTY, TX CURRENT SIGNING BONUS AND ROYALTY

 To All,

I'm currently being marketed to lease our NG minerals in Harrison and Penola Counties in East Texas. Can some one please give me the current pricing guidelines for 1) the signing bonus per acre and 2) the royalty %? Just ballpark figures would be great! But if you've recently signed would you please share your experience?

BTW, would you know of any landmen in the area that I could contact for more information about the Harrison County value. I live out of state.
