31 Operating 1099 form

I just received a 1099 form from 31 Operating for tax year 2021 which showed I received royalties during 2021 which I never received. The last royalty check I received from 31 Operating was dated Jan. 28, 2019. Has this happened to anyone else?

Me!!!   I emailed them about this but no response.  Now they have changed the name to Carder Oil
