With all due respect, you must provide more information. Minerals ARE sub-surface rights!

Hi Todd,

What I mean is I own the 10 acres I won't own the minerals till 2010. So what I was told is to lease my property for g & o's can use for storage, equipment, vehicles etc. SURFACE. Does anyone know any company looking to place their equipment on some land. Todd please let me know with all due respect, I hope I provided enough information this time. Please except my apologies if I did not.

Depending on where your 10 acres is, this surface use agreement could be worth a considerable amount of money (for you). So, where is your 10 acres?

Hello Jay,

The location is Section 3 Township 18N Range 12 West in Haughton, La.

Ginnie:

I think that is enough info. I would defer to Jay & Jim in this apparent "surface use" case.
When in 2010 do you gain possession of the minerals and by what circumstance do you obtain them?

By the way, what region of FL are you in? I am "wintering" in SW Florida.

TMB
Todd,

It is May of 2010. I obtain them by no production, the other parties lease runs out.
Central Florida I own property in South Florida also.

I don't see much going on up there in your part of Bossier Parish....when you get more details as to the proposed use you might pass that along here.

Best,

JM
Thank you Jay

Take care and enjoy your stay in Sunny Florida.
