Sure has been quiet for a long time on this well. Has anyone heard anything good or bad?

Tom Bennet:

Thanks for the info. I joined Cass Co., as you suggested.
I have the bad news, there is no shale that far north, they didn't even complete the well in the haynesville zone, they completed the well as a cotton valley well and from what I heard it's not even a good one.
Do you have the well data or have they not made it public ?
Checkmateking, thanks for the information. I now have add'l info.
COMPLETED 12-27-08; OIL; CV RA; 30 BOPD; 65 MCFD; OPEN CHOKE; 41 GVTY; 55# CP; PERFS 9156-9167'. Only 11' of pay . It's hard to think a company would fool with completing a well for 6 months and drill more wells in the area? It does not make good business sense to continue to drill when you have no reason from experiance to expect sucess in the area. Why would you drill to the Haynesville again? What are they doing? Drilling to the Haynesville, testing it, putting a bridge plug above the Haynesville and producing the CV? While that is a pure conjecture, what would in their wildest dreams make them drill again if they aren't hitting anything? Are they just slow learners? I don't think so. Time will definately tell.
I am enjoying reading your information. Do you know of any reports of any activity off the Centerville Road, between Huckaby and Hwy 2? That would be east of Vivian and west of Hwy 71, just south of Ida.
cands, I don't know of anythng in that area, do you?
no, I wondered if electodynamics had any information.
Cands,I'm sure he will answer you. Wish I had some info for you.
