A BIG thanks Pat. I was only kidding about the sell-out and run plan. The people in the Southern part of the Haynesville play have always felt they had value in their minerals, all the way to and including even vernon parish. There are lots of poor hard working people in the rural areas of Natchitoches that owe you big time for all the hard work and good knowledge you have added to the Natchitoches parish Group. Your research and contribution helps give them hope. Again, a BIG thanks from all of us in rural Natchitoches Parish.

Pat, You seem to know alot about what is happening. Have you heard anything in the Goldonna area? We were told that they found oil and gas and then nothing since December. Any news?

All drug heads are dead beats and I have no use for any dead beat. I leave none of them out. What is funny , a drug head will get a job quicker than someone that knows how to work. Then the employer will pay for their rehab and not pay for for the honest hard worker's doctor bill when he gets sick. Not that I have ever tried to use medical insurance because I have never been sick enough to use it. But, I have seen many a person who needed their insurance and get turned down. Then they get the threat of being turned over for collection if they didn't pay the bill.

I think we need to Bail-out another insurance company. What a waste!

No, I have not heard yet. I can't imagine that Ajax will not get busy very soon. The geology was supposed to be excellent in that area. I am sure you know what they were willing to pay for that area even though some of it fell through when money ran out. Also, Allen area around Messenger is getting hot because Anadarko had bought up alot of that land for $150 an acre a couple of years ago and they don't want to have to go back and negotiate with landowners again. They are going to try to drill one well per section to hold everything.

Now, my mother says that it will be almost immediate. Drilling is supposed to take place in the next 3 months.

Mr Todd, (and anyone else that might know) South on 71 just past dues (spelling) resterant is far view. Is there in information about this land and what is going on around there--like were the old school is no longer in use??

Not really sure. I think there are some wells reasonably close to there. Also, I heard that there is some 3D seismic going on. That is Fairview Alpha?

Have you heard any news on area between AJAX and Hanna? Alot of this area was leased back 3+ years ago and is working on ext now.

Of late, XTO has been purchasing leases in T10N R10W (which includes Ajax) to "fill in the gaps". They will not disclose the section/s of interest .
