If you all haven't read it - go to google - and New York Times, then Haynesville Shale. This article makes the rest of the U.S. think we are a poverty stricken part of the country just depending on Haynesville for our next meal. Very interesting article.

The New York Times article was just terrible in my opinion. I think the reporter went out of his/her way to make us appear and unintelligent rednecks. The reporter stated that we were all going to spend all our Haynesville Shale money on cars and swimming pools behind our "rusty trailers".

I loved the Article in the L.A. Times. Go Coonman!! Sir. LOL

Insomniacia - Glad you told me about the L.A.Times article. Much better reading than the NY Times. Loved the story about the fellow that had done so well with his 40 A on Caddo Lake. Sounds like a dream -in fact - this whole thing kinda sounds like a dream. Never thought I'd have anything but my retirement & SS. Good for all of us.

The article stated that he is married.

I was thinking he and Kassi could get together.
