been trying to find in sonris where there might be information on size of units , acreage wise
and if louisiana post mineral ownership with units, like a p-12 listed on drill permit in texas

Look at the Field orders for the unit in question.
Many times you won't see mineral ownership, or it will be incomplete or even incorrect. But look at the plat for the unit in the applicable field order.

Field orders will be filed by field name. what area are you looking at?
