Question Re. Well in RRP, Section 30, 14N, 9W

A neighbor told us today that he talked with someone drilling on the well in this section and they told him that they are drilling horizontal - south. He told him no it was suppose to be north and the young man told him south. Now, he has the whole community thinking that section 30 will only draw a sm. amt. of money and the people in section 31 will draw the larger amt. Please tell me that since they permitted and drilled in section 30 that, everyone will get equal or how this works!! Worried!!!

Trisha, attached is the plat for the Wood 30 #H1 Well. As you will see the surface location is just 6 ft north of the section line but the entire lateral is located within Section 30. So the mineral owners in the HA RA SUF Unit (Section 30) of the Bracky Branch Field will share in the production.
