Stand Up and fight for your oil and gas rights

i cannot believe how crooked so many oil and gas companys are out there. If you let them they will lie to about everything just to get you sign on the doted line. No one is going to tell you the truth about the haynesville shale because they want to make there pockets fat first. get you a oil and gas lawyer and dont sign a dam thing form the oil company's they are all crooks if you ask me and i dont trust none of them.

Sorry, jerry. this is secret "oil/gas/land man talk". We have a secret language to keep everyone else in the dark so they don't know what we are saying about them!

It means the freaking lawyers who are bringing this suit are just naming everyone they can find so as to make their suit look more justifiable. I'm surprised they didn't include all of us on this Board since we know about the Shale and we have heard of natural gas! Including Encana in this suit is ridiculous. And folks wonder why lawyers get a bad name! All it would take would be a few lawyers standing up to crap like this and refusing to take on these suits.

But that's why tort reform isn't in the mix of any discussion...the lawyers make the laws, then they become judges and hear from more lawyers who eventually become law-makers, who make more laws that are then abused by more lawyers!! Permanent wealth society!

Given the immunity the law allows judges, the plaintiffs have some basis for the allegation or the attorney would be out of his [her] mind for alleging the allegation. If they have enough to plead the cause of action, the allegation could go forward. A judge??? interesting??

I am beginning to think the same thing; but however, with all lie's problems I guess it is just par for the course and we need to all stick together.

Where is you property? Mine is in Shelby County and I have not seen any money and it has been drill since June 2008; however, it was shut down in November 2008. They have told us that we should be getting the Division Order in 2 weeks; however, they tell us 2 months and 2 months.

Greedy oil company's think they can get away with cheating people out of there interest and they do all the time. They do because people are ignorant when it comes to leases and they don't under stand the language and terms of oil and gas. specially when you have a cheat land man doing the deal
