Does anyone have any info about Section 23/T18N/R16W?

We have a neighbor who has 2.9 acres in 23/18/16 that is under lease and held in production by Exco. Lease was signed 9/9/05. I believe the well is a vertical well. Does anyone know of any plans for a horizontal in this section?
