SEC 20 WELL OR NO WELL??

WE RECENTLY LEASED OUR LAND AND AT THE TIME WE WERE TOLD THAT THE WELL SITE HAD ALREADY BEEN FLAGGED OFF. IS THERE A WAY TO FIND OUT IF THIS IS TRUE? ALSO THERE IS ALREADY A RIG UP IN SEC 19 RIGHT BEHIND US,I'M INTERESTED TO KNOW HOW THAT IS DOING? ANYONE WITH INFO ON A RIG SETUP IN SEC 20 WOULD BE APPRECIATED.THIS IS PART OF THE HOSSTON COTTON VALLEY FORMATION.
