3D Seismic Testing Results

We have asked for for a copy of the 3D Seismic survey that is being done on our land. Does the company that requested the permit(KCS/Petrohawk) owe us a copy or should we pursue the actual company CGG Veritas to obtain a copy of the results.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks guys for the information. We have 255 acres. If we asked for a square mile of the information that included our property, do you think they may give us that? What is the best way to ask for it in a professional manner?

Although we have asked repeatedly, I haven't been able to get a copy of anything regarding the results from the 1st round of Seismic and I am assuming I will have the same result from the Testing being completed this week in South Claiborne Parish.

My understanding is that you CAN NOT get copies of this.
