You don't hear much about Comstock and any upcoming test wells they are about to "hopefully" hit on. Saw the big news on Chesapeake yesterday on their well stats. It looks like Comstock holds lots of leasehold North and South paralleling the La/Tx border, with positions further south than Petrohawk and Chesapeake. Does anyone know if Comstock is on the verge of completing test wells, I saw some maps showing a test well in the works close to Sabine Parish line near the river. How far south is Chesapeake and HK active in LA? Any insights would be appreciated.
