Isn't James between Center and Joaquin? Off Highway 7?
Yes, James Community is between Center (about 6 miles out) and Joaquin in Shelby county. Just wondering if anyone in this area is leasing. Thanks.

Just wanted you to know that SJL Energy is leasing mineral rights to some folks in the James Community for $5,000/acre. After reading some of these reports, people in Louisiana are leasing for $19,000 and $21,000 an acre! Who is that company and where do we sign?? Who do we contact??? That's what I'm talking about!

Any updates on leasing in the Antioch community? I received a certified letter this weekfrom a landman wanting to talk. Do you know the name of the survey that paid out $5000/acre lease?

Is that close to the Ashbury place?
which company was the land man with. T.S. Dudley has aproached us for NFR.
Mike Grimes with J. Mark Smith & Associates. Haven't talked with them yet. Have also gotten info from Seitel Seismic - haven't done anything with that either. Just getting my feet wet and trying to determine if we need to do anything or wait until the oil & gas economy improves.
