Business as usual or government as usual? A shame of course but not at all unusual. Big oil and parties go hand in hand. The west Texas hunting parties may be long gone, I don't know. But they were great fun in the old days. I wasn't there but have seen pictures and heard stories. Think the locations have changed but the party is still going on.

"She said Smith obtained crystal methamphetamine from one of these indidviduals and she watched him snort it off the toaster oven in here kitchen." That's from page 19 of the official report from the Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Dept. of the Interior. Great reading what our government is up to with our money.
