Seismic survey in T19N, R8W & T20N, R8W and R9W in Webster Parish.

Tidelands Geophysical Corp. out of Dallas is conducting a data survey just east of Minden, La. into Kisatchie National Forest of the Germantown Road. I understand they specialize in 3-D data, can anyone add to this?

Kisatchie National forest land is going up for bids on the 25th. I guess that's why they are doing the semic testing right now.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
