I AM IN SECTION 8 IN WEST SHREVEPORT AND WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL MEETINGS BUT NO OFFERS. THE MEETINGS WERE RUN BY A ASSOCIATION AND THEY HAD A LAWYER THERE WANTING US TO SIGN ON AND HE SAID HE WILL GET UP A GOOD DEAL AT THE BARGINING TABLE. iT IS $50.00 UP FRONT AND $25.00 FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS. HE WANTS 5% AT SIGNING OR A PERCENTAGE OF YOUR ROYALITIES. IS THIS A GOOD IDEA WHEN THERE SEEMS TO BE A LAG IN LEASING OR SHOULD WE JUST WAIT IT OUT? DOES ANYONE THINK THE LEASING WILL PICK UP AGAIN?
