my sister-in-law & i have 40 acres in 26, 12N, 13W. i understand that EOG is drilling there. i know they applied to unitize the section- don't know if the Commission granted approval, but i expect they will. we leased with EOG for 3 years in 2006. if they produce anything, we will be HBP.
