Can someone give copy of a ROW agreement for gas pipeline across my land that protects me the surface owner. List of item that should be in the agreement and thing to avoid in the agreement.

You're a ROW agent. Do y'all ever buy property out right or just negotiate ROW's. I know that some times they buy pad sites, but I don't know about ROW's.
Sure if someone wants to sell the property and it's economically sound. I.E. Maybe it's a large enough strip that we could sell other easements inside of the strip. Or we want to allow ourselves the ability to put in multiple lines, etc.

I'd be careful just selling the land the easement would be on, then you have no control over it of course.

I'm not (typically) gonna buy 50 acres from some guy cause I need to go 20 rods across his property though. Although I haven't had a situation like that come up. If he is willing to sell any minerals that have production on it I might buy it myself though. heh.
