If you put your section, township and range, then you can compare bonus offers much more effectively.

Are offers really $24,000? I am in 15N, 14W and the last offer I had was $18,000. I would love to find out what company offered more than $20,000. If you have any info about it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Update: I received a $20,000 offer today from Chesapeake, was told by Petrohawk that they would beat the offer but I have not called Petrohawk or XTO back yet.

He is with Red River Leasing Company out of Shreveport. He works by Township,Range and Parish. My in-laws only live 2 miles away from me and he said that he could not handle their land.

What is your Section, Township and Range?

I wish someone would help us also. We are in Pace, Florida and have mineral right in 14N14W in Gloster. My husband and I just started digging. Do we need to be up there to do anything? We are pretty much lost.
