Whispering Pines Subdivision members are meeting Monday, Aug 11. How much land do you have? We would love to have you in our group. This will be our second meeting.

We have 3.6 acres on Shirley Francis. Are you guys in my section? Will Aug 11 be your first meeting or are you already in process of negotiating?

We are including several sections close by. This is our second meeting with an attorney (my son, no charge). We started with just this subdivision(section 9) and it grew from there. You can reach me at 3931333.

Hi, we live on the south side of Shirley Francis. Unfortuneately, we signed with Chesapeake last spring (2007) for $150/acre. I know for a fact that my immediate neighbors also signed last year. I think we are further east than you are. We're Sec 6, T16W, R15W. Hopefully there will be several others close to you that haven't signed. I will be interested in knowing what you receive per acre in the end.
