With all the lease discussion etc., i have questions about the older neighborhoods such as Broadmoor in the Ockley, Albert, Albany area. Who developed the land 60 years ago and who would own the mineral rights?

Have gotten two letters with offers on Arthur Ave. Trashed them both.
BTW, both of these offers were from Twin Cities.
Any more news about the best way for broadmoor home owners to unite for leasing and royalties? I still don't know what to do. Have not received any offers yet.
Anybody in South Highlands receiving offers? I'm near Fairfield and Ockley, and our neighborhood hasn't had any offers.
