How close can well be

Does anyone know the mininum distance that the well has to be from a dwelling and what is your source please.

Unless otherwise stated in lease, 200 feet for wells above 10,000 feet, and 500 feet for wells below 10,000 feet. But there are exceptions. LA Mineral Code
