Only verified offers I know of are $8500 accepted buy most of Dogwood Place,$15000 offered on corner of Bellview and Winfield And $8500 on west end of Winnfield. Benton is being talked of as a "Fringe Area"

It was posted on the Bossier Parish forum a couple of days after the "Dogwooded" word was created ,about two and a half weeks ago.
