Class action lawsuit in ksections 21,22,20 T15 R14

Has anyone heard anything about the suit a group in this area is filing because of low bonus payments?

I recall one case of incapacity regarding a low bonus offer out of Colorado a couple years back. http://m.rockymountainnews.com/news/2006/feb/08/lawsuit-energy-firm...

Of course you can challenge any K based on incapacity, duress, fraud. But this is not the case in NW LA.
