I believe that I read somewhere that Caddo Parish has allowed neighborhood communities to acquire royalties based on the minerals residing under adjacent roadways (parish/city owned/maintained) to their respective lots. Does anyone know if this is correct and if Bossier, Benton or Haughton has followed suit?
