As a model of what our cities & parishes should do, here are ordinances from the City of Arlington, TX. I especially like 5.02, Subpart C.

Many of the dense communities in the Barnett Shale play around Ft. Worth have very high property taxes and can afford a large code enforcement staff to enforce these comprehensive ordinances. What are the chances that the larger cities, smaller incorporated towns and police juries of Northwest Louisiana will implement parish wide environmental control ordinances and dedicate a large portion of their millions of dollars of lease monies from public lands to enforce the codes?
Looks comprehensive.
