We own about 100 acres SouthEast of Stonewall. Right now, we have Chesapeake and Petrohawk approaching us to lease. They are coming in around $5,000 per. acre bonus money, and 1/4 Royalty position. Sounds like that area is still under valued based upon reports I've been seeing of $10-15 K on Bonus money to the North. Any thoughts of where it will go in this area; I am presently waiting things out, but, still staying in touch with the Landman.
Thanks,
Shelby
