JPD Energy opted out of the "pre-lease" in our neighborhood for Chesapeake. They said the area of focus had changed or drilling was already underway. I heard that an available water supply in Greenwood was the issue. We would like to lease with someone. We live off Hwy 169 in Summerwood Subdivision. Has anyone got any suggestions about how to proceed with Plan B?

Odd maybe but terribly effective. The info that was gathered on the mineral owners will still be good in a month or so when they come creeping back to town. Be extremely cautious with those feelers , you might not like what you feel.They are pro's , don't play with the bull u just might get the horns !
I disagree. I feel like I have a right to know what's going on in this area as a homeowner. My questions were intended for my own enlightenment, not to offend.
