ACTIVITY IN SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 16, RANGE 13, COULD IT BE A WELL FIXING tO GO IN?

There has been pipeline construction and road building going on in my section. 28,16,13 J.W. has this section leased. Anyone know whats going on. Could it be we are going to get a well, or 2 or 3. The road looks like it was built for heavy equipment to use and it is headed back towards the railroad tracks. There Is also some new pipeline going into the existing line near the trash compactor on Norris ferry. If anyone has some info on whats happening, I would like to hear it., Thanks

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
