Anyone know anything about Eiche, Mapes and Company.
Received a letter Re: s12 T16n R14W in Caddo from this company. Offering $4K (no royalty % mentioned) for 3 yr primary term w/2 yr option. Says is in Tyler TX and has a website which tells nothing. Just more curious than anything. 4K not acceptable anyway. Thanks for any help.

Eiche and Mapes is a broker out of Tyler. They are buying for some entity other than themselves. I would want to know who they were representing before I leased.
