I`m new on this site.  Not sure where to go to ask this..Needing to get some information on the potential for Caldwell Parish. Had leases in the past . One just expired about a year or so ago and have heard nothing..Just wondering what the  future might hold for that area. Appreciate your help.

I'm wondering too. I had a lease with Encana that expired. The brown dense goes down past Monroe. They are drilling  above and below us, and to the east and west of us. It seems to me that someone would drill here. Devon, anadorka, and samson leased the whole parish a few years ago. They built 48" pipelines everywhere, drilled a few wells, capped them and left. They were drilling with big rigs because I saw them. Word was that they kept breaking bits. This was before the Haynesville shell.  Also semigraphed half the parish. Seems to me that they spent a fortune just to walk away.

Maybe there is a problem with the depth.. Super fracking may be the answer if that`s the problem.. ..I am afraid that will be a ways down the road though..Keeping my fingers crossed. Good luck to you..

Hope things prove to be there in Caldwell Parish, my mother was from Clarks and I still have cousins in Grayson.

Thanks Two Dogs!! If you hear of anything let me know. I live out  of state and any help would be appreciated..MY parents hit a gas well years ago (which was supposed to be a good one, but unfortunately after a while it fizzled) but makes you wonder if something is way down deep in that area.. Hopefully with new technology they can reach those areas. I would like to hear any thoughs you may have on that subject   Thanks again..
