I have been approached by Denbury regarding a potential pipeline that will be used for CO2. 20-30 inch pipeline. I have been reading several ROW posts and was wondering if the same rate that is being paid for GAS pipeline ROW's would be applicable to a CO2 pipeline. This is in central Mississippi and my property which was once farmland is now in city limits and is zoned commercial. From what I can tell through Internet research this is part of the Lake Charles CCS project which will go through Louisiana down to Texas. Thanks for any information.
