Deep Rights were Assigned and Unitized, what happens to the Shallow Rights if Lease Expired
The original Lessor assigned the deep rights and retained the shallow rights. By assigning these rights and now the assigned deep right Lessor has unitized the acreage, what happened to my shallow rights? I have not recieved any communication from the orignial Lessor about the assignment or the unititization of my shallow rights. My original lease has expired.
