I was curious if anyone cared to share their opinion of where the value of mineral rights per acre for sale in the Haynesville/Bossier shales will go as we recover from the current supply/demand glut? The reason why I ask is that if we experience the kind of inflation many are expecting down the road there will undoubtedly be a rush to "real" assets and commodities. Will this have the kind of positive impact on mineral rights value one would expect or do you think it will remain flat because of the lack of an international marketplace? Oh, and as a reference what would the baseline price be for 10/2009?
