Division Orders
Our well has been producing since April 2011, and we still have not been given a division order to sign. What is the problem??? This is very concerning, and needs someones attention that can resolve this. It is beyond the excuse that your busy!!

have you contacted the company, IE., Chesapeake, Petrohawk? I found that they didn't contact me either, and I missed out on quite a bit of money. Once I found out that my neighbors were receiving their royalties, I contacted Chesapeake and started got my DO and started getting money. Good luck.
