DIVISION ORDERS

HELLO: WHEN DIVISION ORDERS ARE SENT WILL BACK ROYLATIES PAYMENT BE SENT OR SENT AFTER SIGNING THE DIVISION ORDERS?

After.  Sometimes many, many weeks after.  But the fact you actually receive division orders is a good sign royalties will be coming.  I personally have always signed and returned my division orders if I agreed with the decimal percentage.  However Louisiana law does not require your signature on division orders in order to receive royalties.  Maybe someone else can elaborate on that.  Congratulations and good luck.

CANT SEEM TO FIND ANY UPDATES ON EVANS WELL 243924 SONRIS REPORT. WELL IS LOCATED IN SABINE PARISH LOUISIANA.
