Did you lease to them, and if so, what was the price etc.

If this was directed at me, sorry it took so long, I just noticed. The deep rights were leased last summer to HK for $6K an acre at 25% until the well is payed out then it goes to 30%. There was around 100 acres involved.

Received offer today for 5k-25% royalty from landman with Petrohawk. Located 12 north 13 west, section 9 in Desoto parish.

I received an offer a few days ago for 5k-25% royalty from a landman with R&O Energy contracting for Petrohawk. Located 16 north 13 west section 7 south Caddo parish (close to Bert Kouns & Wallace Lake Rd). He said this was their best and final offer, and pretty much said it was a non-negotiable, take it or leave it offer. Any info on R&O Energy? Any other offers in this section, or general vicinity?
