Elmgrove Wells in Bossier Parish

Ok..we have a producing well in Elm Grove that has been completed and producing since last October. Chespeake keeps telling us that Petrohawk hasn't paid them yet and until they get paid we don't.
Anyone know anything about this? They keep tellng us the division orders are in the mail and they never come? Should we hire an attorney?
