I don't know if this is good or bad news - but I had to post it.  Fidel Castro has come out against shale gas.

I wonder if Cuba has shale gas?  Probably not and that's why he's so against it.

As someone who grew up near Barksdale in the 60's it's good to see Fidel upset!!  I wonder how many people outside of Cuba will be swayed?  Not many, he's lost a lot of his luster in the past 30 years.

maybe they shoud dig che guevara up and ask him what he thinks about it.  there's no shortage of idiots who would wear porkchop pants in an alligator farm if they thought he would approve.

fool! you cannot dig Che up!

yeah i wonder what that particular mass murdering marxist would think about having his image marketed as edgy fashion to teenyboppers, possibly he'd be conflicted.  if they gave him a cut though i bet he'd be cool with it.

Here is an interesting follow up blog. It may explain why Castro came out against shale gas - because his old buddies in China are making many deals with US companies to develop shale gas.  Maybe Fidel is trying to influence China???

Too bad evil never dies...

Oh, I forgot... Kim Jong-il is dead.  And, Gaddafi...  And, Bin Ladin...

Maybe true evil does die, just not soon enough.

Here's to Fidel following in their footsteps in 2012...

The better for the World, U.S., and Cuba...

My opine only.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
